GMC Baramullah New Recruitment 2021
Online applications
are invited from the candidates (Non-PSC/ Retired) for engagement against the
posts detailed as under on “Academic Arrangement Basis” in terms of SO-364 of
2020, dated: 27-11-2020, initially for a period of one year or till the
selection is made according to the promotion rules in GMC Baramullah for the
recruitment of the following posts.
Technical Assistant /Technician: 08 Posts
Technical Assistant
/Technician Ophthalmology: 01 Posts
Health Educator: 03
Posts
The candidates are
advised to go through our web portal “www.gmcbaramulla.com” and fill up their
applications as per the prescribed format from 29-06-2021 to 04-07-2021 against
the portal fee of Rs.100/=.

Note:
The selection shall
be made in accordance with the rules prescribed in the Government Order No.130
HME-2018, 131HME of 2018,132 HME-2018 dated 19-02-2018 and amendments thereof
vide Government Order No. 680-HME of 2018 dated 10-12-2018.
The appointment under
these rules shall not entitle the appointee to any preferential claim for
regular appointment.
Further, the
appointment on an academic arrangement basis shall by itself stand terminated
on the attainment of 65 years of age by the appointee.
The academic arrangement shall cease on joining of regularly appointed candidates selected
and posted by the competent authority on a regular basis.
The selected
candidates shall have to enter into an arrangement that they will not leave the
institution before the completion of a one-year contract.
Abandoning/terminating of the arrangement as the case may be will require one
month’s prior notice on either side failing which the salary shall not be paid
for one month to the incumbent which shall always remain in deposit with the
department and will be released in completion of terms & conditions
In-service candidate
may not apply.
Candidates for the
posts should not be of more than (63) years of age as of the date of issuance
of notice.
Administration of GMC
Baramulla reserves the right to increase or decrease the above mentioned No. of
vacancies listed against each post at any point of time during the recruitment
process without prior information to the candidates.
