JKSSB Syllabus for Patwari Post ( Updated and Revised )

Who is a Patwari?

Patwari is the village revenue, administrative officer. He is responsible for maintaining land records of the village and providing people the details of land while buying or selling. India is an agricultural country and about 80% of the population of India lives in villages. So the appointment of patwari is very important.

jkssb announced the post of patwari. The JKSSB Syllabus for the jkssbPatwari has also been released by the Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board. The Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board has given a detailed explanation in the official notification for the jkssb Patwari exam type. In the detailed syllabus released by jkssb Patwari. Based on past exams conducted for the posts of patwari by JKSSB, the exam consists of two phases ;

(i) Part “I”

(ii) Part “II” (Urdu)(will be of descriptive nature.)

Knowledge of Computers

Note

  • Part “I” will comprise Multiple Choice Objective Type Questions.
  • Part “II” (Urdu portion) will be of descriptive nature.
  • Both the parts viz Part “I” and part “II” will be compulsory.
  • The candidates competing for Open Merit posts will be required to score at least 40% marks and candidates belonging to other categories (except OM) are required to score at least 35% marks with at least 33% in each part.
  • There will be negative marking (0.25 per question per the wrong answer) in Part ‘I
